Join our sister company as a Barber or Cosmetologist, where your skills can bring joy and comfort to our patients. We are seeking a compassionate professional to provide personal grooming services that enhance dignity and well-being in a caring environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual patient preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction during services.
- Collaborate with the hospice team to understand patient needs and preferences.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and patient interactions.
- Stay updated on trends and techniques in the beauty industry to offer the best care.
- Utilize appropriate tools and products to ensure high-quality grooming services.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Valid California barber or cosmetologist license.
- Experience in a salon or similar environment, preferably with elderly or hospice patients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the beauty industry.
- Flexibility to adapt to patients' needs and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Passion for enhancing the quality of life for patients through personal care.
Compensation: $3,500.00 - $6,250.00 per month
